This comfortable 2 storey villa of four apartments is situated in an area of peace and privacy on the edge of the small village of portella de messines. There are two ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments sleeping up to 6 people. Each apartment has a spacious kitchen and a large open plan living/ dining room with sliding patio doors leading to a private covered patio with table and chairs. All bedrooms have twin beds and each apartment has satellite tv, fully fitted kitchen, bbq, linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels. Outside is a pretty mature garden leading to the large communal swimming pool with separate childrens pool. changeover day is saturday for one of the apartments and sunday for the other apartment, although this can be flexible in low season. there are also two 1 bedroom apartments available to rent, each sleeping up to 4 people. The four apartments can be rented together for large parties of up to a maximum of 20 people.

Area Description :
There is a small general shop within 5 minutes walk and the apartments are just 5 minutes drive from the market town of sao bartolomeu de messines (commonly referred to as messines). Villa feliz is an ideal base for enjoying the beautiful southern portuguese countryside and visiting the many other interesting inland towns and coastal resorts. The lively resort of albufeira and a choice of beautiful sandy beaches are only 15 minutes drive away. Messines, lies approximately 15km north of albufeira in the centre of the algarve. This is a traditional portuguese town with a number of shops including a pharmacy, bakery, air-conditioned supermarket, indoor market and banks with atm facilities. There are an abundance of welcoming local country bars and restaurants in the surrounding area and most offer better value than the coastal resorts. Road links to the rest of the algarve are good and there are a number of popular attractions within 30 minutes drive from villa feliz including: silves castle, porches (famous for traditional pottery), slide & splash and aqualand waterparks near lagoa and zoomarine near guia to name but a few. If you feel a little more energetic, historic lisbon is just two and a half hours away, and for golfers, there are many superb courses to choose from in an area 25 to 40 minutes drive from the apartments.
